Shipping policy
HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU ANSWER MY QUESTION?
We answer messages and emails in the order they are received and we try to respond as promptly as possible. We mostly reply within 24 hours of receiving a message or email.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
If you notice an error, please email us ASAP with your name and order # so we can try to make a correction(s) to your package before it departs.
HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING PERIOD?
Order processing times are between 5-7 business days after the day you placed your order. Once the order is processed it can take up to 4-6 weeks due to COVID-19 to receive your actual product in the mail. Sometimes your order is placed with a bigger order so that involves longer shipping times as well. In addition, being that D.R.i.P Fitness offers a large array of varieties and customizations those are factored into the lengths of shipping times as well. Once again I am a small business and am very hands on so I do my best to provide you with your products in a timely manner and as fast as I can. Thank you for all your patience.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
We ship out all orders Mondays-Saturdays (excluding major holidays). After placing your order, your package should be shipped out within 4-6 weeks after your order is placed, and you will receive an email with the tracking number soon after. USPS is our primary carrier for U.S customers, Depending on where you live, packages are delivered within 4 days from the date of shipment.
WILL MY ORDER COME IN ONE PACKAGE?
Depending on the size of your order you may receive separate packages that may possibly arrive 1~2 business days apart. If anything changes you will be notified immediately.

OUT OF STOCK/BACKORDERED ITEMS
In the event that any of your items are out of stock, we will send you an email to let you know when we expect to have the items shipped out by. If the items are not expected to be restocked within 2 weeks, we will just automatically refund you for those items.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Our staff is super quick, so if you notice an error please email us ASAP with your name and order number so we can try to catch your package before it departs. There's no guarantee we can change it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can!
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Not at the moment but it is in the works.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?
Before your item is shipped to you it makes a stop at D.R.i.P Fitness’ main location where items are thoroughly checked before sending out to the customer. As a result, this situation is very unlikely. In the rare cases of an item being damaged during inspection at the main location it will then be sent back to the warehouse and the customer will be notified immediately via email and a solution will be found. In any other rare cases we apologize that your shipment didn't arrive in perfect condition! Please contact us with your name and order number for further assistance.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS?
When we dispatch your order from our main location we will send you tracking information for your order via email.

Return Policy/ Refunds/ Exchanges
Returns/Exchanges
Due to COVID-19 and hygiene purposes we are not allowing any returns or exchanges at the moment; all sales are final. We at D.R.i.P Fitness realize that sometimes sizing can be confusing with online shopping . As a result, we have provided measurement charts to help you with these sizing decisions. Along with sizing each product has a description of the material as well so be sure to pay attention to that information to ensure you are purchasing an item that has the type of fabric you are expecting. If you still have any questions or concerns about sizing or fabric choices please feel free to contact us at dripfitness18@gmail.com we would love to help. This policy is subject to change and when it does you will be notified. Thank you for understanding.
Refunds
Refunds or store credit is given if an item was purchased that has become unavailable in which you will be notified immediately. D.R.i.P Fitness ensures to the best of its ability to make sure that items are up to date in regards to sizes, styles, and colors with being in stock. Refunds are sent out 7 business days after a request is given and approved via email. A refund request can be sent to driptfitness18@gmail.com with "REFUND REQUEST" in the memo line and your full name & order number in the main text box.
